TiVo got hit by lightning a couple months ago. Since then we've been painfully using the cable box. I called the service line and arranged to send it back for repair. But they recommended that I take the hard drive upgrade out of it. So now I'll have to go through the TiVo Updgrade again. Not looking forward to that... although I do hope that I can learn from my past mstakes.
