Storm Viewed from 180 Room
It's not the extremity of the storm that merits mention in this case.
It's the manner in which I experienced it.
I was in the 180 Room (reading about JSTL). It was a perfectly beautiful
day. Sunny. Ground units running around eating twigs and berries.
Neighbors cutting their lawn.
Then a drop. Dismissed. Then two. Then a slight pitter patter.
Still sunny. Just a slight misting. Under the canopy of the trees
barely a drop hit the 180 Room.
And then it slowly increased. Nothing dramatic. Just a slow and
constant escalation of the storm.
Currently there are thunder claps all around. Rain pouring down. Wind
blowing. An amazingly smooth transformation.
Update:
Kablammey! Nice visible flash not more than 1/4 mile away. Turning into
a heck of a storm. I love it!
Update:
Houston, we have hail! Nice one! Hail about the size of nickels...
abnormally shaped. This storm just gets better and better.
Update:
The storm lasted all night. Strong thunder. Strong rain. Big storm. It
all started so simply.
