Haircut
Jon did an excellent job tonight. I gave him some feedback which I rarely do. I don't give feedback
because I generally want to see what happens. I've found in the past that once I start giving feedback
I pigeon hole myself into one haircut and get frustrated with it. So, for about a year I haven't been
giving feedback. On a whim today I mentioned that just after a haircut sometimes my hair feels a little
too short on the sides and a few weeks after a haircut it feels too long on top. Not much can be done
to fix it, or so I thought. But Jon came through tonight with a great balance between the two.
Excellent job.
Jon told me that he got a new client who found him through joereger.com. How cool is that!??! She was
apparently searching the web for Van Michael, stumbled across joereger.com, read about Jon and scheduled
an appointment with him. The power of the web at work... connecting people. I love it.
Shannon got in trouble trying to give me her awesome back massage. That sucked. Oh well. Lou hooked
me up. Blue Spirit Gel now comes in a new tube. Jon says that it's a new thicker formula. He's got
mixed feelings about the new packaging. Personally, I like it.
Until next month...
