When to Sleep with Restless Legs?
The last couple of months my legs have been bugging me when
I try to go to sleep. I'm not sure if it's an early sign of
overtraining. There seems to be some correlation with hard
or long workouts.
I get into bed, make it half to sleep (or all the way to
sleep) and then my legs get jumpy... restless.
I've found that it's also correlated to early bed times. So
I seem to be able to reduce my chances of being bothered if
I wait until I'm tired before I go to bed.
Less than ideal. I like to hop into bed and read a little
before I go to sleep.
So it's now 11:31PM and I think that I'm just about ready to
go to bed. Tired.
