So Hard to Take Day Off From Working Out
It is so hard to not workout right now. I need to take
today off so that I can hit some decent speedwork tomorrow
morning. I've had another good solid endurance week and I
need to let that work soak into my muscles (physiologically
speaking that means allow my muscles time to rebuild
themselves even stronger than they were before). But it's
hard. I have to trust the wisdom of the ages that says that
this is the way to do it. Rest is important. Rest is
important.
