PMA few years ago Tim from Skydive Atlanta got a wild hair and picked up a kite. Not an ordinary kite. A stunt kite made of parachute material that collapses into a small bag.

It's been on my list for a while. A few weeks ago I placed the order. It came and then sat in the car, waiting for some wind. No such luck until today.

At Roy and Jean's a storm was rolling in and it brought some gusts. Nothing consistent, but enough to put the kite into the air for the first time.

Beep, Rusty and I worked it out. Looking forward to some good wind one of these days.

This is a closeup of the kite. It's basically a ram-air parachute.

Here we are with the kite. Photo credit to Heather and her cell phone.
