Morning Brings Possible Sore Throat and Adware

Woke up with a slight tickle in my throat this morning. Not cool. Really don't want to get sick. Seems to have passed but I'm concerned. Took lots of vitamins. Some Emergen-C vitamin C mix. Could have been the air conditioning... every now and then when I sleep on my back under the AC my throat gets a little dry when I wake up. Hopefully. Otherwise I feel fine. Maybe a little overtrained. Probably a good idea to slow down a bit this week.

And Heather brought her computer home last night so that I could check it out. Some sort of adware is locking the CPU. Fun. These things are rarely fixed. Once one gets in it helps others. I'll do the basics... AdAware... NAV... etc. May have to reinstall. Heather needs to get better about locking down her computer at work. It's a business-critical computer with Quickbooks on it... need to control access to it and prevent spurrious surfing.
