Daily Weights
A good workout after a weekend sans
workout. No stomach workouts because of my
plan to become the Pillsbury Dough Boy and
Michelin Spare Tire Man all in one body.
The stomach is not happening lately. I need
more cardio in the workouts to cut the fat.
It's amazing... my body has something like
3% body fat everywhere except my stomach. I
suppose that's better than getting a fat
left arm every time I eat. My freeflying
would certainly suffer if that were the
case. Send me messages to publicly chastise
me for not working on the stomach. What
have you got to lose... it's anonymous.
