Getting Sick Monday May 20th, 2005

This post marks the exact moment that I realized I'm getting sick. Throat is hurting. Likely caused by meeting everybody at the conference, being on planes, busses, etc.. Yikes. I hate being sick. I'm creating an episode to track the progress of this sickness.

I'm at the downtown office having the weekly Reger.com meeting. About an hour ago I thought it was a tickly throat but now it's apparent that I'm getting sick.

Update 4:41PM: Good news is that this sickness is not coming on as strongly as the flu Heather and I had earlier in the year. That took only a matter of hours to move from the first tingle in the back of my throat to full waves of body aches. So far my head is feeling a little full and my throat is getting a little sore. It's barely there though. On a busy day I probably wouldn't even notice.

I banged through some vitamin C powders a few minutes ago. We'll see how this goes.
