Night Headache

Woke up at 4:30AM with a massive headache. Pounding. Took 1200mg ibuprofen. Helped and got back to sleep but I took 1000mg more at 9:30AM. Still hurts. Possibly a weather front moving in. Possibly the run from yesterday although I've eaten a bunch of salt and a ton of water. Possibly a carbohydrate issue... I ate a lot of almonds last night but not many carbs.
