New Orleans Deteriorating

It's getting even uglier in New Orleans. First Katrina blew through. Then the dams broke and flooding started. And now humanity is inflicting its own damage as lawlessness, looting and murder happen. The people are pissed and are acting irrationally. No judgement here. Just an observation. Logistically the area is devastated. Roads, bridges and railways are destroyed, making it slow work for those trying to help. People are still trapped in their attics, many likely dead. Daily we see dramatic roof rescues. Outside the SuperDome there are thousands of angry people. Unsure of what comes next. Attempts to move them to the Astrodome in Texas were halted when gunfire broke out. A sniper took aim at medical personnel coming out of a hospital. Not good.
