Wachovia = Watch Ova Ya

Longstanding customer support issue with Wachovia. Talked to Brandon this morning and he solved it in 30 seconds. I didn't even have to grovel. Here at joereger.com we like to reward good customer service. Actually, I've been thinking of starting a new log to track customer service. Kudos to Wachovia and Brandon!
