Daily Weights



My second weights workout of the week as I
work to my goal of five.

As I started this workout I discovered that
my arms were a bit sore from yesterday's
workout. What's interesting is that I
didn't feel sore at all throughout the day.
Yesterday's workout wasn't that extreme... I
just haven't worked out much lately.
