Didn't get to bed last tonight until 4AM. Woke up today to a beautiful, sunny day. I need to get my bike checked-in today and I need to pick up my race packet. Unfortunately while I can get my packet at 9AM I can't check in my bike until 3:30PM. I'm about 45 minutes away from the race venue and since I won't make two trips I'll have to do the bike tonight. I had hoped to get it out of the way and see some friends. Dana called. The Atlanta crew is going for a 7:30AM swim. Looks like I'll miss it. But I will get to spend QT with Aves, Terp, Beep and Ball!
Update 1:46PM: Gotten some emails out. Have a conference call this afternoon at 3PM or so. Heather's getting Ava ready for the beach. I'm getting ready to head to the race venue to get checked-in. Water is clear and calm. Heather and I went for a run today. Saw two dolphins about twenty feet from the shore. Very cool. Ate some watermellon on the patio while Ava napped.
