June 1st already, eh? 2006 Swim Streak 2.0 is off to a rocky start. While I'm sulfilling the swim side of the equation I'm not getting up at 6AM, which plays an equally-important role in the whole thing. Just haven't tweaked my sleep pattern yet. I'll get there.

Nice sunny day today. Meetings this evening. John and Sr. at 6PM and then at 8PM Pawan comes over.

I'm working on the authentication piece of the new technology. Going well, as it was yesterday. Once all this plumbing is out of the way I can move on to the pretty screens.

Called a couple Verizon Wireless stores to see if they have the Treo 700p in stock yet. They don't. And I don't have time to track it down so I'll probably just order it online. Problem with that is that when you talk to them in person they'll often give you a discount to stay with them.

I need to pick up some paper today at an office products store... or a Walmart/Target. I have to run by the bank for some business banking stuff. I have to do my 8 min abs thing twice because I missed it yesterday... that's 16 Minute Abs! And I'd like to get a swim/run or swim/bike done. Sounds like a lot but the errands can be done on the way to the gym during lunch. I'll be at the 'puter most of the day.

Update 9:09PM: John and Sr just left our evening meeting. Productive. Fun. Good group. I drank three beers throughout... it was a hot day and I was parched.

Ordered the Treo 700p directly from the Palm website. As soon as it comes in I have to sell the 700w on eBay to offset the large sucking noise that my wallet made today.

Missed the Pizza Ride... Dana said it was too hot and probably best that I did miss it... lol! It was hot out today... but I do love riding all over town in spandex. Next week I'm hoping to make it.

Update 11:43PM: Watched Remember the Titans. Insiprational movie. Got an email from Palm telling me that the phone has shipped already. Nice... they had said it would be three days.
