So, Covington Century earlier today. Happy with my results. Chilling at the now-more-clean abode watching some NASCAR... and now some OLN cycling (doping sucks Landis). Drinking beers (Corona, my non-sponsor). Playing with the breathalyzer. Drank 3 beers in 5 minutes and am now waiting the required 20 minutes before blowing a blood alcohol content (bac) test... my first. Gotta love eBay. They had one cheap and I had a couple bucks in the PayPal... shoutout Max Levchin PayPal co-founder (who questions datablogging efficacy and world-domination goals... correctly... updated application concept coming soon smart guy... thx for feedback... yes, this is a namedropping blog post in the real)... so I bought the breahtalyzer. Will post results in a few. Gotta run... Terp and Aves are home! Yay!
Update 6:34PM: Had a great time with Aves in the kitchen area. She is all over the place. We gave Bug a pacifier and played in his water bowl. We tried to eat some dog food (don't tell mom). We put the dog door up. We worked on up and down stairs. We went outside and splashed in the dog bowls. Then we ate some oatmeal.
After that Aves got a tired so we went upstairs and took a family nap... with NASCAR on in the background. And the winner of the Indy race? Jimmy Johnson! The 48 car kicks ass!
I talked to my dad for a while and then called my uncle robert and had a good chat with him. I need to make it up to NYC to ride with Chip. Chip works with uncle robert... I met him many moons ago when I quasi-interned at the law firm. He's into cycling.
Played with the breathalyzer a bit. Got the blood alcohol content up and have since watched it come down... not nearly as quickly as I would have expected. Luckily I won't drive after even a single beer... I'm proudly a drinking-and-driving wuss.
Now I'm waiting for Terp and Aves to wake up. We'll go out and get something to eat.
