Just noticed that my main running shoes have 551.24 miles on them. Oops. They're worn through the rubber tread. It's time for some new ones. Trip to Fleet Feet this afternoon possibly. Also, as I've mentioned before, my feet seem to have grown about a size and a half this season alone.

Lazy Saturday morning thus far. Heather and Ava are going to get some biscuits. I'm heading to the gym for a swim/run and then I'll come back for a little indoor spin and heat training. Accuweather is predicting highs around 80 in the days before the race. Now, 15 day forecasts are wildly innacurate but I'd like to be as prepared as possible.

Lots of folks out riding the Serrano ride today. Best to them in the 39 degree weather... it's chilly out today!
