Daily Weights
I am still in pain from the weekend. I was
truly hoping for a fresh start to this
week's workouts. I only have two workouts
before Heather and I leave for Florida.
With my triceps sore from the weekend I was
anything but effective on the bench press.
Every rep gave me a shooting pain in the
back of my arms.
My back was sore, but I pushed through all
of my situps.
Pullups were easy.
