Happy New Year! Bye Bye 06!

Happy New Year everybody!!!

Heather, Jodi and I went to Sage in Decatur for dinner tonight. The bartender slammed massive alcohol into H & J's drinks. I sipped Sprite while they talked about high school and other stuff. By the time we left Heather was just getting amped up and called for us to find a club. We trolled Roswell Road only to find the club we thought we'd attend closed. Annoyed Frec on the phone. Jodi drunk-dialed Carlos. Jodi didn't want to spend the new year in the car so we stopped into the Three Dollar Cafe (which was closed) to ring in the new year with the staff who gladly gave us hats and horns. We were there for about two minutes before we left to find a club. At which point somebody started barfing. We stopped on lots of corners and a Waffle House. Eventually home, I gave Heather a breathalyzer and found her three times over the legal limit. We settled in to watch the movie Little Miss Sunshine and Heather fell asleep in less than a half hour.

Good times! This morning both Heather and Jodi woke up and didn't fee wholly terrible. Which amazed me.
