Haircut

Testament to how well Erin cut my air last
time, I didn't get a haircut for about two
months this time. That's fairly unheard of
for me.

This reminds me of Microsoft in the early
days. They were paid IBM by lines of
code. But a good coder does the job in less
code. So if they had good coders they
actually earned less money for the company!
Same situation here. If Erin does a good job
she sees me less and makes less money.
Hopefully I can make up for this with the
tip. Do salons ever go on a retainer
setup? I can imagine paying $X per month
for a year and then getting my haircut as
frequently or infrequently as I like.

Anyhow, before heading to the beach I wanted
to get my hair out of my eyes. It's been
getting a little long in the front. It was
also getting a little "scraggly" around the
ears.

Erin took care of me and did a great job
trimming where I needed it and letting it
grow where I liked it.

This is the third haircut that she's given
me so I think that she's getting more
comfortable with what I like. She's my
official hair consultant and keeps me out of
trouble. Like last time when she vetoed
those levels that I wanted to have shaved
into the sides of my head.
