Lunch with Michael Blake of Startuplounge.com

Just had lunch with Michael Blake of startuplounge.com at the 191 Club. Very bright guy. Honest and thoughtful. Michael reminds me of a cross between Jeremy Dixon and my Uncle Brian, both in appearance and demeanor. In his day job Michael provides valuation services for VCs and anybody looking to buy or sell a company. While off duty he and an associate run startuplounge.com which includes podcasts about the state of entrepreneurship in Atlanta. I felt like I borrowed his brain for a couple hours without giving much in return. Hopefully I'll be able to return the favor one of these days. Thanks for the time Michael! And thanks to Barbara for the intro! (joereger.com regulars (Hi Mom!) will note that this is a rather short summary of the lunch but that should in no way be interpreted to mean it wasn't a great conversation... I just have a terrible headache today and hope to circle back to add more depth here in the near future.)
