07:42:04 AM: Up at 5:45am and onto the trainer. Now it's off to the gym for a quick swim and ab blast. Gotta get it out of the way early today because I get to watch Bitzel while Terp and Rusty go running. Then later today we're headed to mom's for the pre-birthday multi-party.
12:44:44 PM: Just got an email from Jim Hutchinson, race director of the VT100:
CONGRATULATIONS! This is to confirm that you are entered in the 2007 Vermont 100 to be held July 21 and 22 in West Windsor VT.They got the letter and money order!
12:46:05 PM: Rusty and Heather are back from their run. I watched Aves. We ate some cereal, played with blocks, watched some Barney videos and then fought sleep for thirty minutes before settling into a nice slumber for an hour and a half (well, I watched the Discovery Channel). Now we're heading to the pre-birthday multi-party.
12:48:11 PM: Don't forget to get your Peachtree Road Race applications in tonight.
