Daily Weights



As embarrasing as it is, I'm trading the 250
situps in for an extra session of the world
famous 8 minute abs. It saves time and
allows me to get through a workout in a lot
less time. Five sets of pullups and some
bench presses are all I worked on today. I
wasn't going for any big weight on the
bench. After the weekend, and an unexpected
fall flat on my ass, I don't want to pull
anything.
