06:17:14 PM: Lisa's rocking Ironman Wisconsin right now. She's through the swim and bike with what i believe are conservative times for her cycling and swimming fitness... that's a good thing... she'll have legs for the marathon.

06:24:15 PM: Watching some U.S. Open this weekend. Watched the women's final. Men's final is on now. Haven't watched tennis in any serious way since the commentators were playing. I feel old.

06:26:04 PM: Lisa just finised half of the marathon in a great pace... she's still moving. Yay.

06:29:49 PM: Federer is so composed on the big moments. Amazing. Inspirational. Anti-choking. He's saved seven set points so far in the match.

08:39:23 PM: Lisa finished... and even negative splitted the marathon... nice! Congrats Lisa!
