07:46:21 AM: It's our three year anniversary! I love you Terp!

09:24:21 AM: Getting a reaction on my two big toes to some tape I used while running a couple days ago. Similar to the foot issues after the VT100 but covering much less area and at this time much less extreme. Very itchy. But I didn't use any tincture of benzoin and the tape I used was different. Which makes me think maybe it was the tape all along. Hoping it doesn't blister up like last time but even if it does it's just the two big toes. Annoyed.

02:35:56 PM: Quick trip to All3Sports where Matt worked on my bike fit. Lowered the seat. Raised the bars by a spacer. Feels good. Biggest thing is sanctioning from a professional. I invest way too many hours on the bike to be wondering whether my fit is even close to the mark. Thanks Matt!

I just wanted to let you know that your great Vermont 100 race report played a part in my great run at AC100 this weekend. It convinced me to have ready my reasons sans-ego to keep pushing.

Leif just completed the AC100 which is a good bit harder than the VT100 I did. His second 100 mile run. I'm always glad to hear that my ramblings help people in some small way. Congratulations Leif!
