10:16:05 AM: Out running errands with Terp and Bitzel.
12:31:44 PM: Back from errands. Working now. My legs are sore today. Last night the 24hr DOMS set in big time. Stupid plyos. Well, I did need the strength and I am glad that I did them friday night to give me a few extra hours of recovery before monday's workout.
12:42:28 PM: So I'm digging around for info on the materials that Torbjorn wore yesterday. He had Ecco all over his body. But I can't seem to figure out a) what Ecco is and b) what relation Ecco has to his gear. At least with Rudy Project you know it's about the sunglasses and maybe the helmet. Jeeze.
04:47:18 PM: Ah, the always-entertaining Ted Turner Email post gets another long, long comment. If this is how fervently people reach out to Ted through unknown Joe's blog on a post with only a slight note about him, just imagine what his P.O. box gets.
05:49:38 PM: I just saw that a year ago today I posted:Well, I reached my goal today... seven three-hour days in a row... that's twenty-one hours. Nothing spectacular in any one workout, but just the volume I needed to get some leg turnover and anaerobic power back after my self-implosion. Made me think two things. First, oh crap I turned out more hours last year during this week. Second, obviously my leg turnover issue isn't new.
