New Car: 2001 BMW M3
The E46 M3 was a hard car to find. I was
on the waiting list for a year... nearly
first in line for one. Then I jumped off
the list for some crazy reason. I couldn't
get back on and found myself searching for
a car.
I found one at Hank Aaron BMW south of
Atlanta. I got to meet Hank Aaron... bonus.
The car is silver with grey interior. It's
rather fast with 340 horsepower. Six speed
manual. Traction control.
I traded in my 1999 M3. Got a good deal.
Actually, the used car guy was not there
and so the new car salesman made the deal
on his bahalf... worked out well for me.
Glad to have found one of these monsters.
I have my own little tradition that when I
get a new car I take a trip the first day I
own it around the perimeter. I did so
tonight and enjoyed it.
