01:54:19 PM: So far today's been one of those all-over-town errand days. Woke up to get the minivan's emissions tested. And renew my tags. And change my oil. Learned my tires are about to go. Then back home to pick up the fam to truck over to Tucker to show the old house. Schlotzsky's Deli lunch in the car. Dropped the fam off at home. Went to the pet store for invisible fence wire which they didn't have. Back home for a 2pm conf call. Then we need to get that wire and I need to wire tha back yard again. Tonight I need to pack everything for the trip. Busy, busy.
06:33:09 PM: Had the conference call. Started to get Bug's electric fence/collar system going again. What a pita. Started the drive to PetSmart before I realized that wire is wire is wire. Dodged traffic and went to Home Depot to get some... wire. About half the price for the same length of wire that's twice as thick. Undid the existing broken wire around the entire back yard. Did up the new wire. In jeans and a thick black sweatshirt... *heat training*... take that Danielle! Then I put the collar on Bug and spent a few minutes coaching him. Which really means watching him run into the boundary and get all depressed. Poor Bug. Still haven't packed for tomorrow's early departure. No workout tonight. Whey protein galore. So Aves can say "DoDah has gassers."
11:58:45 PM: Today just never stopped coming at me. Cleaned out the car. Washed the bike. Packed my race gear. Packed my clothes. Packed my camera stuff. Packed my computer stuff. Worked to get my audiobook onto the iPod. Got a few code things finished off. Ate some pasta. Put iodine on my ingrown toenail/blister/futureproblem. Helped put Aves to sleep. Changed the light bulbs in the garage. Set my alarm for 5am. Blogged it.
