03:46:46 PM: A little pre-dawn work today while the three ladies slept. Then we went for a family stroller workout. Beep and Ball met us at a restaurant at the far end of the walk. We ate, they took the kids back and Heather and I walked. Then a few more hours of work while the fam napped. Got a cool dNeero feature launched. Naired the leg sticks. Bitzel's at the pool with Beep & Ball. Heather and I are getting ready while Emme sleeps.
