Flu Shot & Broken Phone

Just got my seasonal flu shot. Thanks to Bob for the guidance. With the race in 8 weeks I want all the protection I can get (note that the flu shot isn't 100% protection.) May be some symptoms over the next 24 - 48 hours. They come on quickly. Which I read after getting the shot. I have a big meeting in a couple hours. Hmmmmm, how quickly is quickly? Also, what if I do a MegaWorkout tomorrow? Will I end up with bronchitis? Guess we'll see.

And to make today exciting, my cell phone isn't working. Seems the device is fine. My account is fine. But I can't make or accept calls. Not sure if it's something in my neighborhood. Or just with Verizon. But I have two calls I want to take after the meeting today. Plus, life's just hard to coordinate without a phone. Suck.
