50 Min Spinning Class and 14 Min Run
Keith upped the voltage on today's spinning class despite not having a microphone. Lots of hill and interval intensity. Hot room. Put my pulse north of 170 quite a few times.
Ran. Got really bored. iPod's battery was dead. At ten minutes decided to up the intensity and go for broke. 10mph. After a few minutes I noticed some flashy colors around the gym. Pushed a little too hard given the weekend's workouts. Even five minutes after stopping I had two blotches in my eyes.
Odd. Probably not good. Probably an electrolyte imbalance or something.
