30 Min Swim
First swim in a month or so. Form felt great but muscles aren't there any more. Sniff. Sniff. I'll have to build up their endurance again. Luckily I have better form to start from this time. The swim was fun, water temperate and workout good. I wasn't going for much. My stroke counts are high... about 17 or 18 strokes per 25 yards. Last year they were at 16 or 17 strokes. That count will come down. I need to get back into the pool more. My lower body fat is noticable in the water... less buoyancy. Which would generally be a problem, but I also have a lot more core strength thanks to yoga, pilates and plyometrics, which balances everything out.
