30 Min Swim, Weights and 50 Min Spin



Ah, the swim's starting to feel better. Amazing how a little working out does that, eh? Still not great, but better. 30 minutes. At 20 minutes I timed myself and was doing 1min40sec/100y... but that was not effortless... I was trying hard and feeling the pain.

Then on to weights.

And then Vanessa's spin class. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to keep the intensity because in recent weeks I've died by Tuesday evening. So I cut out the run before spin and just focused on the bike. Worked well. I was able to go anaerobic a number of times and get a good ride in. Vanessa noted my new blue shoes. Yep, they're still like gay blue laser discos on my feet. But I have to say that they fit very well. And the speedplay, while a definite pain in the ass to get on and off of the gym spin bikes, are worth it. Good class Vanessa!

Good to see everybody. Anna was running after the class. Good play. Bricks are a great idea.
