30 Min Swim, 50 Min Spinning, Weights



What's that? Actual swimming? I'm as amazed as you are. Yes, I got into the pool and kept swimming for a half hour. I literally can't remember swimming for a continuous half hour since before Nov 6th, 2004. I just really slacked off and then got frustrated. Luckily, now I'm scared... about my next planned race... which is a great motivator. Into the water I go. Keith was there today turning laps. We got kicked out by the water aerobics class.

Some weights. Core. Curls for my massive arms.

The on to Vanessa's spin class. Hot tonight. Same plan for me. More resistance. I stayed with Vanessa's cadence changes, but kept a good bit of resistance on there. Anna and Joel were there. Joel ran before the class. My legs feel good. Surprising, given how poor they felt last week.
