1hr20Min Ride
Silver Comet this morning. No real plans given my knee injury. It feels better but is still tender in one spot. So I headed to the trail. And the knee felt fine, but I didn't want to push it. I took an easy 40 min out and then pushed it hard on the way back. First leg-based workout in over a week. Felt heavenly to get the old heart a'crankin'. Knee still feels fine post-workout. Maybe a few rides and then some light running. I don't want to make this another chronic injury. At the same time, I don't want to lose a half year of conditioning.
