1Hr San Francisco Swim

What a sight. A downtown San Francisco fitness club. I felt more like I was walking around Donald Trump's living room than a fitness club. But they had a 25 meter pool and I got a lane for an hour... nothing to complain about. Good swim. Thin lanes... about half the width of those in Atlanta, but it works well, gets more people into the gym. Swim's feeling pretty good these days. No trouble whatsoever completing the hour long continuous freestyle. For the last 15 minutes I can even up the tempo a bit. Glad I got this workout in. The fitness club is all of 300 yards from the Argent Hotel at the Four Seasons Hotel.
