35 Min Swim, 1 Hr Run
Morning swim. Upping to 35 min each morning. Pool was incredibly full today. Lots of lane sharing.
I spent some time in the hot tub waiting for a lane. Good for my legs which are still very sore from plyometrics on Friday.
Update 6:17PM: Good run outside. 1Hr. Seemed warm but I wore my windbreaker and was glad I did. Windy out. But still a nice day for a run. My quads are still toast from plyo but I'm sure this worked some lactic acid out of them. Fairly high heart rate throughout. 180's. Saw 188 near the end. Drops to 165 when I backed off. Early in the season. Early.
