50 Min Swim + 1hr10min BillDay
50 min swim but not like yesterday's non-stop swim-o-rama. Took some more breaks today and had fun with it. Didn't see anybody I knew at the pool, which is somewhat unusual.
Update 7:30PM: Great BillDay workout... here's what we did:
400 warmup
3 x 300 @ 6:00 or 5:45
2 x 50 easy drill
3 x 200 @ 3:55 or 3:40
2 x 50 easy drill
3 x 100 @ 1:55 or 1:45
It hurt a lot but was worth it. Thanks to Bill for organizing and coaching. Thanks to everybody else for the motivation. Anna, Dana, Vanessa, Kelly, Keith, Karen, Danielle... hope I didn't miss anybody. And, we've switched to Northlake... Bill wants somebody to poop in the Toco pool because he's not feeling the love. Hmmm. So with this workout I totaled two hours of swimming today. Nice. And in ten hours I get to swim another 50 min. Bed time for me.
