1 Hr Swim, 30 Min Run, Vanessa's Last Spin Class

Hour swim. 30 min on the treadmill. Then Vanessa's last spin class! Cookies and lots of cool peeps were there! Congrats to Vanessa! I'll always remember Tuesday Night Spin Classes. It's sad to see Vanessa leaving them, but I'm glad that a friend will have more free time and won't have to deal with gym politics!
