Worked on strength in the pool... during a thunderstorm. I did 500y in 7min27sec. Then a bunch of 100's, 200's and 300's.
I treadmilled it to the tune of 8mph with two ten minute periods of 9mph and a couple minutes at 10mph. Legs felt great. Trying to eek a little speed out of them... the distance training in the heat tends to give me slow turnover.
