30 Min Swim, 1Hr30Min Treadmill Run
Saw Keith before the swim today. He's looking very ready for the race! I did a quick 30 minute swim, focusing on speed. Then I headed up to the treadmills for an hour and a half of running. Keith was doing two hours. Danielle was there... good to see her back after her race. My legs felt good on the run. I did 7mph with two long sleeve layers and one short sleeve layer. I drank through three liters of water and ate two gels. My shorts were soaked but I felt good... the heat didn't bug me much. I think that the heat training is having its intended effect. Now I just need to figure out what the weather's going to do on race day.
