30 Min Morning Swim, 6 Mile Run



Body feeling taxed. It felt like this a couple weeks ago. Short, frequent, consistent workouts pulled it over the hump. Jack is too fast in the water.

07:27:21 PM: North out and back from the house. Six miles. Legs hurt a lot. Slow or fast, didn't matter. Lots of stiffness and outright pain.
