09:57:55 AM: Good run! Met up with Urs, Roy and Gary before Marta'ing up to the start. There we amazingly met up with Marc and Leslie. Before the race I saw Matt Wheeler but I didn't see him for long as he "took it easy" and burned my arse. I went out a little too fast and then paid the price, eventually settling into a nice little jog. At mile five Dane passed me, looking strong. After the race I caught up with Keith. Also talked to Mark who was at Cartersville leading the pack. Heather, Jodi and Rusty finished in admirable times. Happy 4th all!
