30 Min Swim, 1hr5min Ride, 8 Mile Run
Easy, relaxed swim. Ride with no plan and no serious exertions but I didn't just coast. Held 140-160bpm throughout. Rode topless again and got some rain which was nice. Felt the temp go from 95 to 81 in about five minutes. Kind of amazing to feel chilly at 81 degrees. Then off onto the run which felt great. Validation that the heat has been hampering workouts lately and that once the temp drops things will be back to normal.
