Decent swim. First in a few days. Then ten minutes on a stationary bike at the gym. Misery. I just don't like the feel of the things. The fit is horrible. Can't do it. Wanted to do it. Couldn't do it. I did get about 45 minutes of mega-pumping weight lifting in. Felt good (and by good I mean bad) to do some strength work. My legs are actually fried after the plyos yesterday so not biking or running isn't a horrible thing. But I am getting itchy to get the bike back together and onto the trail again.
