30 Min Swim, 30 Min Bike, 30 Min Run
Ah, the beauty of perfect equity amongst the disciplines of triathlon. I slid this workout in under the 24 hour barrier of delayed onset muscle soreness (doms). My legs were stiff after the ride yesterday and the plyos yesterday evening. Should have recovered like Kindzia but I decided to hit the road.
Swim was actually decent. I did some ascending sets... 100, 200, 300, etc. Started at 1:40's and tried to hold that but overcooked it a bit and ended up moving to 1:37's on the longer sets. I was working... it wasn't low aerobic zone. But at least I was able to do it.
Bike was planned as an hour. Legs were stiff. Probably hit it a little too hard but didn't go completely overboard.
Run was a quick four miles. Run muscles weren't completely destroyed but there were a few that hurt from the plyos. I pushed through.
Really just wanted to get the blood flowing today.
