40 Min Trainer Ride
What's this? An actual workout? Well, kinda. Forty minutes on the trainer at a dismal power output. Heart rate capped at 140bpm, averaging more like 130bpm. Power around 150 watts. Horrible. I know you're tired of the sniveling so I'll keep it to one sentence... the cold/flu gunk is still with me and seems to be sucking energy in a Peter Reid Superbug way. Rode this workout while Terp and Aves napped upstairs and got no complaints via the pre-agreed cell phone texting method of alert.
