20 Min Swim, Weights



Feeling fairly crappy this morning. Still sick and it's in my lungs creating a hacking cough. Swim was ok, nothing special. Weights were a pain in the ass because I felt compelled to hit the purell between every exercise so I wouldn't get others sick. Probably best to just stay home and do pushups.
