35 Mi Columns Ride with Marc

Marc broke out the TT bike for some columns drive action. I rode down and met him there. One lap easy. Then one lap where I went hard... went below 12 minutes on a lap... by 2 seconds... 11:58 lap, over 24 mph avg. Then Marc led the pace and slowly ratcheted up over four laps. I thought we were doing four total so I cracked when he said "one more lap." Good to see him out there on the TT bike. More heat than I'm accustomed to these days... but that's a good thing.
