Yoga Flexibility DVD



Over the weekend I bought a Power Yoga Flexibility DVD.

I tried it today. Not even close. I suck. Downward facing dog was more like inverted assclown.

But this massive suckage motivates me. Just watching the DVD while I licked my shaky wounds of personal instability showed me that there's a lot to it. What motivates me is the fact that I can't do it. There's a definite lack of core strength in me and a lack of fine motor control, balance, flexibility.

So I started this Yoga and Pilates Log. I'm going to start doing some of each class at the club throughout the week.

This fits in perfectly with my training goals for next season to train my joints as much as my muscles. Without joints and flexibility I can't apply my muscle potential.
